Michael Harrington (Hridayam) is an author, healing arts practitioner and end of life caregiver.
He enjoys one-to-one connection or small heart-centered groups with seekers of Truth and those interested in spirituality and various elements related to end-of-life care and holistic healing.
His first book, published in 2008 is a travel narrative called, Medicine of the Heart about his journey to Thailand (in 2005) to study Thai Massage. Michael’s upcoming book, for a late 2026 release is co-authored with his wife Chetana. It is called: Awakening Through Direct Experience, a hybrid spiritual memoir about the path of spiritual awakening and the powerful assistance of the great saints and sages.
